**Role Overview:**
As a Senior Finance Analyst within the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team, you will report to the FP&A Director and be responsible for delivering and producing management reporting requirements for Senior Management. You will play a key role in producing, analyzing, and consolidating global business headlines from key financial reports.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Support the FP&A Director in delivering global month-end, forecast, and budget reporting.
- Conduct enhancing analyses, including customer and competitor analysis, product profitability, and identifying innovative growth areas.
- Consolidate and review global commentary for month-end, forecasts, and budgets.
- Maintain reports in collaboration with regional teams.
- Drive growth and operational efficiencies through month-end processing and trend analysis.
- Assist in the development of board decks, including PowerPoint presentations.
- Collaborate with various departments to identify opportunities for process improvements.

**What You Will Bring to the Role:**
- Minimum 2 years of financial and analytical experience.
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified (or local equivalent).
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline.
- Preferred: Master’s degree in a quantitative field or relevant field.
- Experience with visualization software such as Tableau and ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, Workday, etc.).
