**Senior Finance Manager, Customer Markets**

*Role Overview:*

The Senior Finance Manager will support the Legal Professional sub-segment, driving profitable growth by providing strategic decision sales and renewal support, reporting to the VP of Finance – Customer Markets. This role will collaborate with sales leadership to drive results and support strategic initiatives.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Ownership of GTM channel planning and support including structure, compensation, and quotas.
- Perform analytics and lead accurate and timely sales and renewal financial results.
- Partner closely with sales and finance leaders to operationalize the plan/forecast.
- Develop domain expertise and understanding of key drivers impacting sales and renewals.
- Ensure effective business partner engagement to support and influence teams in strategic decision-making.
- Build solid relationships across the business and serve as a trusted advisor.
- Communicate complex ideas clearly to senior business and finance leaders.
- Conduct ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed.

*Qualifications:*

- College degree required; graduate degree or certification in business or finance (e.g., MBA or CPA) preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in a Finance role.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
- Self-starter with a proven ability to work autonomously and influence key leaders in a complex organization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to effectively present to senior management.
- Strategic and critical thinker.
- Familiarity with accounting and financial reporting.
- Demonstrated adoption of the TR Mindsets and Behaviors.

*Compensation:*

The base compensation range for this role is $97,100 - $180,300, varying by location and based on factors including knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on performance.
