**What You’ll Be Doing:**
- Take a proactive approach to discovering customer needs and providing relevant insights and expert advice.
- Educate customers on financial strategies using a holistic approach to help them achieve their goals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-standing relationships with customers.
- Develop, retain, and grow the branch business by achieving individual and team sales goals that support a positive customer experience.

**What You Need To Succeed:**
- The drive to build strong customer relationships.
- A strategic mindset to develop personalized financial strategies, including day-to-day banking, investments, and borrowing solutions.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- A Mutual Funds licence and completed CIFP Diploma.
