As a Senior Financial Advisor, you will be an essential member of the Canadian Banking Branch network, focused on providing exceptional service throughout the customer’s journey.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Proactively discover and understand customer needs.
- Educate customers by providing relevant insights and expert advice.
- Build comprehensive financial plans using a holistic approach.
- Nurture strong, long-standing customer relationships.
- Develop, retain, and grow branch business by achieving individual and team sales goals that enhance customer experiences.

**What You Need To Succeed:**
- Strong customer relationship-building skills.
- Strategic mindset for developing personalized financial strategies, including banking, investments, and borrowing solutions.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- A Mutual Funds licence and completed CIFP Diploma.
