**Senior Finance Analyst**

Since 1996, HR Associates has been a leader in providing temporary services to the public, broader public, and not-for-profit sectors throughout Ontario. We are currently seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to support our public sector client in shaping their financial strategy.

**Responsibilities:**
- Develop financial models and forecast revenues and expenses.
- Manage budgets across various departments and projects.
- Prepare detailed financial reports and conduct variance analysis.
- Analyze trends and costs to ensure alignment with business objectives and identify areas for improvement.

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree or professional certification is a plus).
- Proven experience as a Financial Analyst, with a strong background in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
- In-depth knowledge of financial analysis techniques and accounting principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software/tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
