**Key Responsibilities**
- Partner with the Voila Merchandising Leadership and Loyalty team to analyze and interpret financial results to drive performance.
- Translate results and data into insights, providing timely analysis and reporting to management for decision-making.
- Lead sales and margin budgeting and forecasting, ensuring adherence to timelines and alignment with Corporate FP&A standards.
- Assist in the development of business cases; build financial models and analyses to support business decisions.
- Generate key financial insights through ad-hoc reporting and analysis.
- Develop and manage various reports, including SAP, CFIN, and SAPBW.
- Identify risks to plans and forecasts, collaborating with functional leaders to implement mitigation strategies.
- Create ad hoc analyses and presentation materials for key stakeholders.
**Qualifications**
- Undergraduate degree in a related discipline (Business, Finance, Accounting, etc.).
- 5+ years of relevant Finance/Accounting experience.
- CPA or equivalent accounting designation is an asset.
- Strong financial acumen in both Accounting and Finance.
- Proficient analytical skills with a solid mathematical/statistical background.
- Results-oriented, proactive attitude with advanced problem-solving skills.
- Collaborative with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
- Working knowledge of SAP is an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Bilingual (French-English) is an asset.
**Work Environment**
Candidates must be able to adhere to a hybrid work model requiring at least three days per week in an office location.
