**Job Title:** Senior Financial Analyst

Our client, a well-established company in the manufacturing industry, is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join their finance team. **Key Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with department teams to ensure ERP system data accuracy and resolve data errors.
- Provide expense analysis reports (Actual vs Budget) and develop reporting structures to improve financial insights.
- Prepare and analyze commission and rebate reports, and support operational reporting processes.
- Perform month-end duties, including preparing bank reconciliations, journal entries, and maintaining prepaid schedules.
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts, analyze sales and marketing expenses, and assist with year-end preparation for external auditors.
- Partner with other departments to gain an understanding of financial results.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in data collection and reporting.

**What We’re Looking For:**
- At least five years of experience in accounting and financial analysis, ideally within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Desire to or current progress toward pursuing a CPA designation is highly desirable.
- Strong technical skills, including advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems.
- Detail-oriented professional with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
