**Position Overview:**
ServiceTitan is seeking an exceptional Senior Financial Analyst to join their R&D FP&A team. This position reports to the Director of R&D FP&A and offers significant executive visibility and impact. The ideal candidate will excel in partnering with the business to effectively manage R&D headcount, enhance reporting, and improve forecasting.

**Responsibilities:**
- **Headcount Management & Reporting:** Manage R&D headcount requests, monitor changes, and standardize processes for tracking and approval.
- **Detailed Reporting & Forecasting:** Build comprehensive reports on R&D spending, collaborate with stakeholders on budgets, actuals, and forecasts, and provide actionable insights.
- **Software and Vendor Cost Management:** Develop schedules for software costs and support vendor-based financial models in collaboration with R&D and Finance teams.
- **KPI Tracking & Data Analytics:** Establish metrics to evaluate R&D spend efficiency and identify opportunities to improve forecast accuracy.
- **Leadership Reporting:** Provide biweekly reports to senior leadership on headcount and spending trends.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Work with HRBPs and other stakeholders to support process improvements.

**Qualifications:**
- 3+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, management consulting, or public accounting at a top firm.
- Proven experience in building financial models, analyzing datasets, and effectively communicating insights.
- A 4-year degree in a relevant field with strong academic performance.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets; experience with Adaptive Planning, Workday HCM, and Financials is preferred.
- Highly analytical with excellent organizational skills and a focus on process improvements.
- Initiative-taking and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Motivated and disciplined with the ability to work effectively and autonomously.
- Prior experience supporting R&D and Product teams is a plus.
