**Position: Senior Financial Analyst**

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Financial Analyst in the Real Estate Finance team. In this role, you will provide financial analysis (modeling) and decision support to various departments, including the review of complex real estate transactions.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Comprehensive reporting, budgeting, and forecasting of Other Income from Real Estate activities.
- Monthly reporting and analysis of Real Estate Income and costs.
- Develop multi-year projections for Real Estate Income and analyze upcoming initiatives.
- Assurance of financial systems integrity, efficiency, and integration for reporting and analysis.
- Prepare ad hoc financial analysis, modeling, and business cases for real estate projects.
- Collaborate with various teams to prepare Proforma Models for potential Real Estate projects.
- Participate in analyzing and planning strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate transaction information with finance teams to ensure accurate reporting.
**Qualifications:**
- A minimum of 5 years related work experience.
- University degree in accounting, finance, or similar; MBA and/or Professional designation (CPA, CA, CGA, CMA, CFA) is an asset.
- Proficient in multiple computerized systems including SAP, S4 Hana, Longview, and Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Powerpoint.
- Strong accounting knowledge, including revenue recognition and complex transactions.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
- Strong analytical, financial interpretation, and modeling skills.
**Work Model:**
This role requires presence at one of our office locations at least three days per week to promote team collaboration and office culture.
