**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an exceptional Senior Front-End Developer to play a critical role in building the next version of our highly configurable platform. You will design, develop, and optimize user-facing features for both our mobile and web products, focusing on client experience and application performance.

**Tech Stack:**
- Front End: React (web), React Native (mobile), TypeScript
- Back End: Node.js, MongoDB
- Architecture: Microservices, hosted on AWS

**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React, React Native, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers and back-end developers to create intuitive user interfaces.
- Identify and proactively address areas for improvement throughout our technical stack.
- Mentor team members through technical best practices and knowledge sharing.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, reusable, and secure.

**Qualifications:**
- 5+ years of professional front-end experience in building web applications.
- Strong proficiency in React and related libraries (e.g., Redux, React Router).
- Understanding of accessibility standards and responsive design.
- Familiarity with modern front-end build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel).
- Experience working with complex and configurable SaaS platforms.
- Strong communication skills and proactive mindset.

**Nice to Have:**
- Experience in financial services or related industries.
- Experience with work orchestration or automation platforms.
- Background working at startups and scale-ups.
