**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a Senior Front End Engineer to join our engineering team, reporting to our CTO. You will be instrumental in building world-class front-end applications that enhance operational efficiency for our customers. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, clean, and testable Angular applications.

**Responsibilities:**
- Develop scalable, clean, and testable Angular applications.
- Update and modernize existing UIs to improve performance, usability, and aesthetics.
- Contribute to framework and architectural decisions for long-term scalability.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to ensure an excellent user experience.
- Rapidly create and test prototypes; participate in code reviews to enhance engineering practices.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions.

**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in product design, development, and testing in a B2B environment.
- Strong knowledge of responsive design principles and user-friendly product development.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, Angular, TypeScript, and modern front-end technologies.
- Familiarity with mobile app development tools like Ionic and Capacitor is a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills, able to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
