**Who You Are:**
- You have 5 or more years of proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer.
- You possess excellent attention to detail and an entrepreneurial mindset.

**What You Will Do:**
- Participate in all stages of the development process, including feature design, coding, QA, and delivery.
- Collaborate on new ideas to create and test prototypes and improve the engineering team through code reviews and design feedback.
- Make informed decisions regarding technical debt, third-party tools, and trade-offs.
- Work with our tech stack, which includes Typescript, Angular, Ionic, NodeJS, and MongoDB. Deploy to the cloud using Docker.

**Key Projects Include:**
- Our iOS and Android SuiteSpot Mobile app, providing operational tools for staff in the field.
- Angular web applications for managing the SuiteSpot platform.
- Microservices built with Node.js, Express, and NestJS.
- A BI platform delivering critical dashboards and data to our clients.

**Requirements:**
- Experience in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Strong software design, development, and testing skills.
- Fluency in Javascript/Typescript is required; experience with Ionic and Capacitor is a plus.
- Proficiency in HTML5 and CSS3 is required.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks and continuous integration systems is a plus.
