**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Feature Development:** Design and deliver secure, high-quality, and performant features for enterprise-scale applications.

- **Leadership & Collaboration:** Break down complex tasks, estimate timelines, and organize workflows to drive project success. Work closely with product managers to refine requirements and participate in Agile ceremonies.

- **Team Mentorship & Best Practices:** Provide guidance on software development standards, review code for adherence to high standards and robust principles.

- **Problem-Solving & Risk Management:** Collaborate to troubleshoot code challenges efficiently, identify risks in designs, and propose mitigation strategies.

**Minimum Qualifications:**

- **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field (Master's degree preferred).

- **Technical Expertise:** Hands-on experience in developing scalable, distributed applications. Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, React.js, and Node.js. Familiarity with frameworks like Next.js and NestJS. Proven ability to design and build RESTful APIs using a Microservices architecture. Strong knowledge of AWS, databases, and cloud infrastructure.

- **Agile Practices:** Solid understanding and experience working within Agile processes, particularly Scrum.
