**Compensation:** Base Salary: $130,194 - $140,194 USD + Additional compensation in the form of participation in our annual incentive program and equity.

**The Impact You'll Make**
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Product Manager to play a pivotal role in driving growth at Mission Lane. In this role, you will develop strategies to acquire tens of thousands of new customers monthly and enhance our existing customer growth strategy significantly. You will collaborate closely with various teams, including growth, engineering, customer insights, and credit.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Serve as a thought leader, innovating and enhancing customer experiences.
- Build strategies and roadmaps to achieve substantial business growth.
- Focus on quality customer experience, operational efficiency, and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-impact results.
- Contribute flexibly in various capacities typical in a startup environment.

**Qualifications:**
- 5+ years of product management experience with technical software products.
- Experience in shaping and influencing product roadmaps.
- Proven track record of delivering minimum viable products swiftly.
- Strong problem-solving skills and intellectual curiosity for emerging technologies.
- Excellent communication skills to inspire teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in customer acquisition and enhancing relationships through optimized strategies.

**Bonus Points:**
Knowledge or experience in the fintech sector or regulated industries is a plus.
