**Our Goal:**
We are seeking a Senior Java Developer responsible for developing and maintaining high-scale web applications. Your primary responsibility will be to create all server-side logic, manage the central database, and ensure excellent performance and reliability to front-end demands.

**Responsibilities:**
- Build, design, and deploy web applications and RESTful APIs
- Develop large-scale Java web applications
- Maintain central databases
- Ensure responsiveness and performance of applications
- Integrate front-end elements into the application
- Coordinate with co-developers and other related departments
- Troubleshoot, fix, and improve application performance
- Write technical documentation
- Attend group meetings to discuss initiatives and goals
- Meet deadlines on time-sensitive deliveries
- Create reports on work accomplished and projects completed

**Required Skills:**
- Proven experience in Java-based programming
- Proficiency in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, JavaScript
- Experience with React or Angular framework (preferably React)
- Experience in developing/designing microservice architecture
- Extensive experience with cloud providers (AWS/Azure) and migrating large-scale systems
- Strong knowledge of Core Java, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, and MySQL
- Familiarity with build tools such as Maven and Gradle
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Degree in computer science or a related field
- Solid portfolio of high-quality code
