**Key Responsibilities:**
- Build high-quality predictive models independently.
- Support and mentor junior team members in machine learning.
- Collaborate with data engineers to ensure efficient model performance.
- Innovate new projects and enhance current methodologies.
- Monitor model accuracy and retrain when necessary.
- Gain knowledge about our sites, games, and processes.
- Craft clear and engaging explanations of machine learning concepts for stakeholders.
- Identify new opportunities to apply machine learning.

**What We’re Looking For:**
- Proven experience in creating and deploying machine learning solutions using Python.
- Critical thinking about the advantages and limitations of commonly used ML algorithms.
- Excellent analytical and numerical capabilities.
- Professional-level understanding of Python and its libraries.
- Expert understanding of commonly used algorithms.
- Experience with CI/CD workflows, version control systems, SQL, relational databases, and cloud infrastructure.
