**About The Role:**
We are seeking a Senior Machine Learning & Optimization Engineer to help shape our technology strategy for machine learning and optimization. This role involves guiding pragmatic execution and iterative improvement across our global operations, ensuring efficiency and reliability are maintained at scale.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design and implement enterprise-scale MLOps systems and platforms.
- Productionalize and support scalable, efficient machine learning models.
- Contribute to advanced data management strategies to optimize performance.
- Mentor teams on machine learning engineering deployment practices.
- Navigate complex problem-solving situations impacting strategic business decisions.
- Utilize CI/CD best practices to enhance operational efficiency.

**Qualifications:**
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Expertise in high-performance backend technologies, preferably Golang.
- Extensive experience with cloud/on-premises distributed systems and large-scale backend design.
- Deep knowledge of machine learning operationalization, tools, and frameworks.
- Proven ability to solve complex technical challenges.
- Experience in software development and CI/CD pipeline improvement.
