**Position Overview:**
The Senior Manager, Digital Health Standards will oversee the management of their team, promoting digital-first practices and engaging across departments. This role demands a strong collaborative relationship with the leadership team to advance the portfolio's vision of creating a connected healthcare system while fostering a citizen-centered, digital-first mindset.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist in developing product/service synergies for swift delivery across portfolios.
- Provide technical expertise in Digital Health Standards and foster collaboration among stakeholders.
- Champion the portfolio’s vision to enhance digital and virtual assets in healthcare.
- Engage in roadmap development, driving processes and metrics that align with organization goals.
- Ensure products and services meet Ontario Health standards and security protocols.
- Mentor and coach team members while fostering an inclusive, high-performing culture.
- Collaborate with various teams to promote teamwork and efficient operations.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business, Health-related fields, Engineering, Computer Science, Health Information/Informatics, or related discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in areas like Health Informatics or Software Engineering, with 5-7 years in a leadership role.
- Knowledge of SDLC, agile practices, and healthcare integration projects.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
