**Job Title: Senior Manager - Canadian Banking Technology Consulting**

**Location:** Greater Toronto Area (GTA) – On-site 2 – 3 days a week

We currently have career opportunities for senior managers in our Canadian banking technology consulting team. This role involves advising clients and leading teams to achieve strategic transformations and major digital implementations. You will partner with top executives in financial institutions, working collaboratively to create and realize innovative solutions.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Advise clients on client information, data and technology, and strategic alliances.
- Lead large-scale, multi-year engagements and build strong client relationships.
- Generate new business opportunities by developing and presenting ideas and solutions.

**Qualifications:**
- Relevant experience or education in technology, engineering, solution architecture, financial services, or related fields (typically 8+ years).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Consulting, ideally in Financial Services and Banking.
- Experience in Core Banking Technology, including delivery and strategy.
- Strong understanding of complex ecosystems and data architecture.
- Ability to manage diverse teams in fast-paced environments.

**Preferred Experience:**
- Agile Methodology.
- Core banking software experience (e.g., Infosys Finacle, Temenos).
