**The Opportunity:**
EY is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager in the Technology Assurance team. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing trust in our clients' information systems while contributing to business development activities.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Business Development:** Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Develop strategies to expand the client base and achieve revenue targets. Collaborate with other EY service lines for integrated client solutions. Represent EY at industry events to enhance visibility and reputation.

- **Client Management:** Build and maintain relationships with key clients. Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring high satisfaction levels and addressing concerns. Lead engagements, including planning and delivery of technology risk services.

- **Leadership and Team Development:** Guide teams of managers and consultants, providing formal training related to IT Audit. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture.

- **Execution and Delivery Excellence:** Oversee external audits related to IT controls. Assist clients in SOX compliance. Manage audit engagements, prepare reports, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

**Skills and Attributes for Success:**
- Extensive experience in technology risk management and business development.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Experience with clients at various levels, including leadership.
- Relevant audit and/or accounting designations (e.g., CISA, CPA, CIA).

**Qualifications:**
- Minimum 8+ years in IT external/internal audit.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or relevant field.
- Ideally knowledgeable in COBIT, ITIL, with experience in large ERP systems.

$95,000 to $180,000, depending on various factors.
