**Job Title: Product Strategy Lead - Data Analytics & AI**

**Job Description:**

As the Product Strategy Lead for Data Analytics and AI, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the product strategy that aligns with our business objectives. Collaborating closely with designers, data engineers, data scientists, and agile development teams, you will focus on delivering exceptional products that enhance user experience. Your role will include innovating to develop new solutions that improve customer satisfaction while managing compliance and risk.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Define and execute product strategies for data analytics and AI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings.
- Innovate and develop new products to improve customer experience.
- Manage product-related risks ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Foster a culture of diversity and inclusion aligned with company values.
- Build interdependent teams to maximize stakeholder value.
- Mentor and coach team members to boost performance and career development.
- Provide strategic input and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Analyze business needs and recommend best practices in product management.
- Oversee product lifecycle, including development of business analytics.
- Lead change management initiatives and communication strategies.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Develop and present business cases for new initiatives and enhancements.
- Maintain awareness of emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Continuously improve processes to optimize customer experiences.

**Qualifications:**

- 7+ years of relevant experience with a post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years in Agile Product Owner or Product Management roles.
- Proficiency in analytical software tools, UX/UI design, and data analysis methods.
- Strong experience in product roadmap development and management.
- Hands-on experience with technologies such as Hadoop, Python, R, and data visualization tools.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate across multiple teams.
- Talent for managing ambiguity and driving data-driven decisions.

**Salary:** $92,400.00 - $171,600.00 (Based on experience, skills, and location)
