**Job Title: Team Lead - Non-retail Model Validation**

**Pay Details:** $108,800 - $163,200 CAD (Eligible for pay premium reassessed annually)

**Job Description:**
We are seeking a qualified individual to lead a team of quantitative professionals in validating TBSM Integration/Aggregation models for IRRBB reporting, Hedge Accounting reporting, and Funds Transfer Pricing. The successful candidate will report to the AVP, Non-retail Model Validation group and will be responsible for the following:

- Develop and implement validation testing plans based on model design and structure.
- Supervise validation tasks to ensure thorough documentation of model limitations and accuracy.
- Facilitate effective communication with stakeholders to address model limitations within lead time targets.
- Produce high-quality model validation reports to support audit and regulatory assessments.
- Recommend model approvals or corrective actions based on validation outcomes.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of quantitative analysis techniques in IRRBB and Hedge Accounting.
- Establish standards and procedures compliant with the Bank’s internal Model Risk Policy and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the development and performance management of the internal team, providing coaching and support.

**Job Requirements:**
- Advanced quantitative skills with a post-secondary degree in finance, statistics, economics, mathematics, or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of financial products and portfolios, including cash flow patterns, optionality, and valuation approaches.
- 4+ years of experience in validating large TBSM reporting systems; 1+ year in team management.
- Proficient in programming languages such as SAS, SQL, and Python; familiarity with JSON is an asset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong time/project management abilities.
