**Job Title: Senior Manager of Clinical Services**
**Position Type:** Permanent Full-Time, 35 hours/week

**Who We Need:**
We are seeking a Senior Manager of Clinical Services who will report to the Director of Clinical Services and Live-In Treatment. This role involves providing clinical supervision to a dedicated team of Registered Social Workers and Registered Psychotherapists, as well as managing all clinical outpatient core services, including What’s Up Walk-In, Brief Therapy, Family Therapy, and Group Therapy.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead the delivery of outpatient mental health services for children and youth (ages 0–24) and their families.
- Shape the clinical team's vision and objectives while ensuring compliance with accreditation standards.
- Collaborate with leadership to implement new practice standards and enhance service delivery.
**Qualifications:**
- **Education:** Master’s degree in a psychotherapy-related field; Licensed and registered with a regulated health college.
- **Experience:** Minimum of four years in a clinical supervisor or practice manager role focusing on youth services in mental health, with a strong understanding of equity and community dynamics.
- **Clinical Skills:** At least three years of experience in individual and family therapy, with knowledge of evidence-based practices, including dialectical behavior therapy.
- **Leadership:** Proven ability to drive clinical programs and lead teams effectively, with a commitment to social justice and equity.
