**Who we need**
We are looking for a Senior Manager of Clinical Services to join us. You will provide clinical supervision and guide the work of a team of Registered Social Workers and Registered Psychotherapists. You will manage all clinical outpatient core services at YouthLink, including What’s Up Walk-In, Brief Therapy, Short Term Treatment for Families, Ongoing Therapy, Family Therapy, and Group Therapy. You will work with the Director to implement new practice standards and decision-making on Measurement-Based Care.
**How you will make an impact:**
You will oversee the delivery of outpatient mental health services for children and youth (ages 0–24) and their families, including individual, family, and group therapy. You will shape and evolve the clinical team's vision, philosophy, and objectives while managing projects that align internal operations with the evolving landscape of Children’s Mental Health. Acting as the clinical lead for Accreditation, you will ensure the preparation and submission of required documents and processes.
**What you bring:**
- **Education and Certification:**
- Master’s degree in a psychotherapy-related field.
- Licensure to practice and registration with a regulated health college.
- Clinical Supervisory Designation specific to psychotherapy is preferred.
- Participation in coursework related to Equity, Diversity, and Belonging practices.
- **Management Experience:**
- Experience in a clinical supervisor and practice manager role within youth services or mental health for at least four years.
- Advanced understanding of power and privilege, equity, and intersectionality.
- **Clinical Knowledge:**
- Three or more years of experience providing individual psychotherapy and family therapy.
- Knowledge of best practices and current literature in psychotherapy and family systems.
- **Clinical Leadership:**
- Experience in providing clinical supervision in Psychotherapy and Family Therapy.
- Ability to leverage analysis for informed decision-making and collaboration.
- **Ethical Drive:**
- High moral standards and sound judgment.
