**Position: Senior Manager, Data Visualization - International Banking, Internal Control**

**Responsibilities:**
- Design and develop effective dashboards for improved operations and oversight of the Internal Control Unit.
- Collaborate with the Internal Control Team and data owners to analyze business needs and develop technical specifications.
- Convert complex data into clear visual insights aligned with business objectives.
- Create a solution/framework for data provisioning for business users utilizing Power BI.
- Support ad-hoc requests for visualizations and dashboards, employing Excel and Microsoft SQL Server.
- Automate business processes using Excel VBA, Power BI, and SharePoint Online.
- Establish and document guidelines for visualization development.
- Lead new initiatives aligned with the bank’s long-term data strategies.

**Qualifications:**
- Strong knowledge in Power BI (testing, cleaning, and standardizing data).
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (including v-lookups, PivotTables, and VBA).
- Experience in data management and reporting using Microsoft SQL Server.
- Familiarity with Python/R is an asset.
- Skilled in creating effective data visualizations for business stakeholders and executives.
- Experience with data analysis in Hadoop and Cloud platforms is a plus.
- Understanding of financial institution products, services, and delivery channels.
- Strong communication and influence skills.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills; project management experience is a plus.
- Fluent in Spanish (both verbal and written) is an asset.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology preferred.
- 7+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in a financial institution.
- PMP, SQL, or similar certification is considered an asset.

**Work Environment:**
Comfortable indoor office environment with frequent opportunities to move around. Occasional meetings may occur at other (including international) locations.
