**Job Title:** Senior Manager, Payments Decision Support

**Why This Role is Important:**
The Payments Decision Support team focuses on deepening our understanding of customers through embedded analytics and strategic initiatives. The Senior Manager will lead efforts in gathering insights and analytics to identify revenue growth opportunities and optimize operational expenses.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Translate team vision into actionable strategies aligning with organizational goals.
- Lead analytical projects targeting revenue generation and operational optimization.
- Track results and financial performance to support continuous improvement.
- Provide leadership and development for a team of data analysts.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
- Integrate analytics into decision-making processes.
- Communicate data insights effectively to non-technical audiences.
- Explore new data sources and establish data governance frameworks.
- Stay current with analytical techniques and methodologies.

**What You Bring:**
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, with 3+ years managing high-performing teams.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools (data mining, statistical analysis, predictive modeling).
- Ability to create compelling data visualizations for non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of SQL for data retrieval and management.
- Proficiency in programming languages (Python, R, SAS, SQL).
- Mastery of Excel for complex data analysis.
- Strong financial acumen and product knowledge.
- Undergraduate degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Strong leadership skills and effective communication abilities.
- Project management proficiency, ensuring on-time delivery.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Commitment to mentoring and developing analytical talent.
- Effective time management skills.
