**Job Title: IT Financial Manager**

**Company:** A global professional services firm providing audit, tax, and advisory solutions.

**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and manage annual budgets with ITS leadership, ensuring alignment with business objectives, monitoring spending, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to provide insights on IT expenditures, capital needs, and operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies for IT financial practices and advise on proper accounting for technology and resource-related spending.
- Collaborate with Finance and ITS stakeholders to implement financial management for ITS project portfolios.
- Create financial analysis and cost modeling for proposed IT investments to assess their feasibility and financial impact within budget constraints.
- Oversee cloud financial operations, including monthly cost allocation, budgeting, forecasting, and KPI dashboard reporting, while advancing FinOps practices across the company.
- Provide executive-level support for financial presentations and decision-making processes.
- Support HR processes in ITS, including pay planning and coordination with the HR team.

**Requirements:**
- Over 7 years of experience in financial management, including at least 5 years specializing in IT financial management for planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Hold a professional accounting designation.
- Proven expertise in assessing the financial impact of IT decisions on infrastructure, software, and systems.
- Skilled in analyzing complex financial data and providing actionable insights, with strong coordination and management abilities.
- Knowledge of project management principles, particularly in budgeting and resource allocation.
- Experience in software license management and cost allocation practices.
- Ability to effectively communicate financial information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft tools, particularly Excel.
- Expertise in cloud cost management (FinOps) and tools such as IBM/Apptio Cloudability and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
