**About the Role:**
- Act as the primary finance business partner to the Sales & Marketing (S&M) team, providing financial leadership in headcount planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
- Build robust financial frameworks and reporting to drive decision-making support across the S&M organization.
- Provide insights that drive key business strategies, highlighting opportunities for growth and mitigating risks.
- Own the month-end close process, driving operational efficiency and improvement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including Sales, Marketing, Operations, HR, and Finance on complex projects.
- Manage the S&M monthly forecast, including top-line sales bookings and expenses.
- Develop tools and process improvements to drive automation, efficiency, and discipline in deal structures.
- Identify areas for process improvement to scale forecasting and reporting tools.
**Qualifications:**
- 8+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within a SaaS tech company or top management consulting firm (CPA or MBA preferred).
- Proven ability to lead and scale high-performing teams with prior people management experience.
- Strong experience in financial modeling and strategic business planning.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Self-starter with a solutions-oriented mindset, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with systems such as Adaptive, Workday, or Intacct is a plus.
- Knowledge of SQL and experience with visualization tools (Tableau, Looker Studio, Power BI) is a plus.

**Compensation:**
The expected salary range for candidates residing in Canada is between CAD $136,000 - CAD $204,000. Actual compensation may vary depending on skills, qualifications, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package includes an annual bonus and equity.
