**What You’ll Be Doing:**
Reporting to the Director, Fund & Distribution Governance, you will ensure compliance with National Instrument 81-105 (NI81-105). Key responsibilities include:
- **Governance:** Maintain a robust Sales Practice monitoring and reporting program, including daily monitoring of CAM Expense Reports and ad-hoc requests, as well as conducting quarterly and annual reviews.
- **Relationship Building:** Support the CAM Sales Team by providing guidance on Sales Practices requirements, identify operational efficiencies, and address potential risk or compliance issues.
- **Records Coordination:** Act as Records Coordinator for the CAM F&DG Team.
- **Support:** Act as backup to the Senior Manager F&DG during absences.
- **Expert Knowledge:** Serve as a subject matter expert for Sales Practices and provide consistent knowledge related to CAM’s regulatory controls and governance. Make recommendations for operational improvements.
**Who You Are:**
- You have experience in the Canadian Mutual Fund industry and knowledge of regulatory bodies such as OSC, CIRO, and AMF.

- You are skilled in analyzing complex problems and can communicate information effectively.

- You are fluent in French and English.
