**Position Overview:**
We are currently seeking a skilled and strategic Senior Manager of Growth Marketing with a passion for media, music, sports, and entertainment. This role is essential in overseeing SiriusXM Canada’s growth marketing strategies to enhance online presence and performance across various acquisition and owned channels.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee and execute the management of performance-based digital campaigns.
- Establish clear KPIs and performance targets that align with corporate OKRs.
- Test, iterate, and optimize creative, messaging, and targeting strategies to maximize engagement, conversion, and overall performance across platforms.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPT, CPD, etc.).
- Build and implement reporting systems to provide actionable insights, focusing on scalability and cross-channel performance visibility.
- Create standardized playbooks for campaign execution, testing, and optimization.
- Partner with acquisition teams to develop and execute a holistic performance marketing strategy, focusing on customer acquisition and retention.
- Oversee agency relationships to ensure delivery of monthly targets and acquisition OKRs.

**Knowledge and Skill Requirements:**
- **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or New Media.
- **Experience:** Minimum 7+ years of digital media planning and buying experience, with hands-on platform experience in DV360, TTD, Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, and Google Ads.
- Proven track record in leveraging a diverse range of digital channels (paid and organic) to achieve acquisition and retention goals.
- Proficiency in Datorama, TapClicks, Microsoft Office, G-Suite, Zoom, Slack, and project management applications like monday.com.
- Strong knowledge of social publishing tools (e.g., Hootsuite), measurement tools (e.g., Kochava and Branch), and social listening services (e.g., Sprout, Meltwater).
- Minimum 3 years of people-management experience.
- Experience working collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to manage large budgets across various channels successfully.
