**Job Title: Regulatory and Support Interaction Manager**

**Location:** Toronto, Ontario, Canada
**Hours:** 37.5 per week

**Salary Range:** $108,800 - $163,200 CAD

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a Regulatory and Support Interaction Manager to provide support for all Platform and Technology related regulatory interactions. This role involves oversight and governance over remediation, site visits, supervisory inquiries, and ensuring that we meet Regulatory commitments. Responsibilities include:

- Scoping, gathering evidence, and responding to information requests.
- Managing Regulatory Quarter meetings and Annual Visits.
- Providing technical expertise and consultation on Technology Controls/Information Security programs.
- Conducting risk assessments and documenting control impacts.
- Developing strategies to monitor and respond to security threats.
- Guiding the team in Technology Risk reporting.
- Consulting on Regulatory compliance requirements and audit preparations.
- Managing executive communications regarding Application Security and customer programs.

**Requirements:**

- Solid risk management experience and knowledge of regulatory exam management.
- Strong program management skills (planning cycles, status reporting).
- Previous experience in people management and audit background preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- University degree required; Information security certification is an asset (CISA, CRISC, CISSP).
