**Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced **Senior Manager, Information Security Specialist** with a focus on **Regulatory Remediation Assurance** to join our global team. This role will lead a team responsible for testing and validating that corrective actions outlined in response to regulatory findings are fully implemented.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide people management leadership by hiring talent, setting goals, developing staff, and managing employee performance.
- Provide specialized expertise on assessing risks and identifying potential gaps.
- Oversee the Regulatory Remediation Assurance team in areas of significant risk, complexity, or scope, including financial crimes and technology and cybersecurity.
- Develop and maintain information security standards and procedures based on best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Advise the leadership team on the management of the portfolio and financials.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of audit methodology for complex businesses and functional areas.
- Set operational team direction and collaborate to achieve common goals.
- Lead various projects or division initiatives as needed.

**Requirements**
- Undergraduate degree or relevant professional certifications required.
- 10+ years of relevant audit and/or control testing experience.
- Preferred industry certification in audit and information security (e.g., CISSP, CISA, CIA).
- Advanced knowledge of audit standards and risk management.
- Skilled in managing budgets and resource allocation.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
