**Job Summary**
The Senior Manager, Loans and IFRS 9 Impairment Reporting will be responsible for managing the delivery of accurate, timely, and consistent consolidated financial reporting to various stakeholders, including RBC Finance Senior Management and external parties. This role will enhance IT systems, processes, and controls to ensure data integrity in reporting.

**What will you do?**
- Lead the production of financial disclosures for RBC consolidated financial statements and regulatory reporting.
- Support the end-to-end loans, off-balance sheet, and IFRS 9 inventory and impairment process as a Finance partner.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Group Risk Management and Finance IT, to support Credit Quality Reporting Tool initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve data integrity for financial statement and regulatory reporting.
- Enhance Finance operational excellence through automated processes and controls.
- Provide direct supervision and support to team members in alignment with RBC's vision, focusing on performance management and career development.

**What do you need to succeed?**
**Must-have:**
- Accounting designation (CA, CGA, or CMA)
- 4+ years of relevant financial experience
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation abilities

**Nice-to-have:**
- Knowledge of RBC accounting and reporting processes
- Strong project management skills
- Risk/internal control experience
