**Role Overview:**
As the Strategic Senior Manager of Account Growth, you will lead our growth strategy across the Account Management team in North America, reporting directly to the General Manager. This role is critical in maintaining strong client relationships, driving customer success, and fostering revenue growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage the Account Management team for North America.
- Over-deliver on monthly recurring revenue (MRR) targets and other key performance metrics.
- Iterate successful global processes while creating and adapting local strategies.
- Ensure retention and expansion by owning Account Management performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to convey customer requirements and support technology deployment.
- Analyze customer data for insights and performance reports, providing strategic revenue recommendations.
- Advocate for customer needs across departments.
- Evaluate team performance and provide ongoing coaching.
- Foster a high-performance culture driven by KPI tracking and clear objectives.

**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in Sales or Account Management at a managerial level.
- Results-oriented leader with a track record of meeting targets.
- Strong coaching and talent development skills.
- Excellent analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and sound judgment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Outstanding business writing skills and commercial acumen.
- Experience in forecasting revenue growth and working toward quotas in a high-growth environment.
- Background in SaaS businesses and experience with multi-product platforms.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Xero, Sage, QuickBooks) is a plus.

**Interview Process:**
1. Initial conversation with a Talent Acquisition Partner via Zoom or phone.
2. In-depth discussion with the hiring manager.
3. Case Presentation meeting with Leadership Team members.
4. Final conversation with our CEO and Sales Leader.
