As a Senior Manager of Practice Management, you will lead a dynamic team responsible for defining and guiding the principles that support our organizational operations, including learning and development, change management, and content management. **Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage and mobilize a team of professionals to support NBIN's vision and objectives.
- Coach team members towards personal and professional goals.
- Drive the evolution of the learning and development strategy, sourcing effective tools and solutions.
- Coordinate team activities and manage expectations with business partners.
- Develop and deliver training programs that align with organizational priorities.
- Identify and assess learning needs within NBIN and evaluate program effectiveness.
- Build and maintain relationships across the bank and with external partners.
- Hire and retain talented individuals to meet the organization’s needs.
- Define and oversee change management best practices in projects and initiatives.
- Implement and manage the content management strategy, ensuring optimized content usability and performance.

You will be part of a large team within NBIN, reporting to the Vice President of Practice Management & Business Evolution. We promote ongoing learning and collaboration among colleagues with diverse expertise.
**Prerequisites:**
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of financial services experience; wealth management experience is an asset.
- Certified change practitioner qualification is preferred.
- Professional certification (CTPD, ATD, etc.) or L&D experience is an asset.
- Strong presentation and collaboration skills with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in building and managing teams, focusing on efficient integration of new members.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
