**Position: Senior Manager, Global Small Business Risk**

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Monitor Small Business portfolio indicators and analyze performance alongside macro-economic trends.
- Collaborate with the Lending Policy and Governance and GRM colleagues to make data-driven recommendations.
- Lead sensitivity analyses against performance benchmarks.
- Establish scenario frameworks and readiness playbooks by identifying and prioritizing levers.
- Support performance trending analysis across portfolios and prepare communication materials for Senior Credit Committees.
- Conduct competitive research and benchmarking to identify emerging issues and trends.
- Assess the impact of credit score and policy changes throughout the credit life cycle.
- Define customer vulnerability frameworks and monitor segment performance.
- Enhance portfolio monitoring and account management capabilities with new models and frameworks.
- Contribute to the annual strategic planning process with insights on KPIs and risk metrics.
- Facilitate analyses and strategy development for Retail Credit Risk initiatives.

**Qualifications:**
- University degree in business or economics.
- 10 years of relevant work experience.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to manage ambiguity.
- Strategic orientation with strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and storyboarding skills.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to support team effectiveness.
- Commitment to coaching and developing staff.
- Highly organized with strong decision-making capabilities in time-pressured environments.
- Bi-lingual English/Spanish is highly desirable.
