Reporting to the Senior Director, Global Small Business Risk, the Senior Manager will collaborate closely with senior management, GRM colleagues, business line leads, and diverse stakeholders to generate insights and deliver strategic recommendations.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Monitor Small Business portfolio indicators, proactively analyzing performance alongside macroeconomic and external trends.
- Collaborate with the Lending Policy and Governance and GRM colleagues to develop recommendations based on data-driven observations and analyses.
- Lead sensitivity analyses to test performance benchmarks against various external environments.
- Drive cross-functional teams to establish scenario frameworks and readiness playbooks by identifying and prioritizing levers.
- Support performance trending across portfolios and preparation of strategic communication materials for Senior Credit Committees as required.
- Conduct competitive and business environment research and benchmarking to identify emerging issues and trends, analyzing their impact and implications.
- Measure and monitor credit score and policy changes across the credit life cycle with a focus on the risk-return trade-off.
- Triangulate internal data analyses with macroeconomic and consumer trend reports to define customer vulnerability frameworks.
- Collaborate with GRM colleagues to enhance portfolio monitoring and account management capabilities through new models and frameworks.
- Support the annual strategic planning process by providing thought leadership on KPI and risk-related metrics based on business objectives and growth plans.
- Enable and deliver analyses and strategy development for Retail Credit Risk initiatives related to capital optimization and risk-adjusted return on capital.

**Qualifications:**
- University degree in business or economics.
- 10 years of relevant work experience.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to manage ambiguity.
- Strategic orientation with strong innovative and integrative acumen.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to design and interpret information/data required to monitor performance.
- Effective relationship management skills across the organization.
- Excellent executive communication and storyboarding abilities.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills that foster an effective team environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to coaching and developing staff.
- Highly organized with proven decision-making abilities in time-pressured environments.
- Bi-lingual English/Spanish is highly desirable.
