**Compensation:**
- **Salary Range:** $108,800 - $163,200 CAD
- This role is eligible for a discretionary variable compensation award based on business and individual performance.

**Job Description:**
As a Process Improvement Lead, you will be responsible for planning and executing integrated process improvement and transformation initiatives across various functional areas and business segments. Your role will involve leveraging advanced analytics and process modeling to solve complex problems and design effective process improvements.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Plan and lead the execution of process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with business leaders to reduce variation and improve decision-making and outcomes.
- Build relationships with key business partners to ensure delivery of financial and customer benefits.
- Oversee the planning and execution of recommended solutions to enhance quality and eliminate waste.
- Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders throughout the process improvement initiatives.
- Act as a consultant/resource to promote awareness of process improvement and optimization.
- Ensure adherence to enterprise frameworks and methodologies.
- Develop business plans with key leaders to maximize resource efficiency.
- Identify and report on risk issues and ensure compliance with relevant requirements.
- Foster a high-performance culture by setting goals, providing feedback, and supporting colleague development.
- Manage a complex portfolio while aligning with enterprise best practices.

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, engineering, mathematics, or related field.
- 10+ years of relevant experience, including expertise in Fraud and Financial Crimes operations/investigations.
- Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification in process improvement methodologies.
