**Job Description:**
As a Sales Leader in our Canadian team, you will lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth. Your responsibilities will include developing effective sales strategies, coaching and mentoring the sales team, and fostering a high-performance sales culture. Collaboration with other departments, such as marketing and operations, will be essential to align sales objectives with overall business goals.
**Qualifications and Skills:**
- 3+ years of proven success in mentoring and coaching.
- Experience closing complex deals of at least $500k or greater.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid understanding of sales strategies, techniques, and best practices.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset.
- Results-oriented and target-driven.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 30-40% travel required.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Leadership and Team Management:** Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals. Set performance expectations and monitor progress. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
- **Sales Strategy and Planning:** Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy. Analyze market trends and identify sales opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- **Sales Operations and Process Improvement:** Implement and optimize sales processes. Ensure accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management. Identify areas for improvement.
- **Sales Performance Analysis and Reporting:** Analyze sales data and prepare reports for senior management. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
