**Job Title: Platform Support Manager**
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dedicated Platform Support Manager to prioritize and support our customer-facing and internal platforms. This role involves tracking and maintaining platform health scores and adoption rates, as well as managing platform stability, security, and innovation.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage platform health, accessibility, scalability, and security.
- Coordinate activities among technology, design, security, and marketing teams to develop platform strategies and roadmaps.
- Maintain relationships with vendors for support, compliance, and license tracking.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the platform vision and deliver on the roadmap.
- Document business rules, functional specifications, and process flows.
- Analyze platform data to implement optimizations.
- Prioritize work for components used by customers and end-users.
- Ensure compliance with service agreements and standards.
- Oversee technical requirements such as APIs with a focus on security and resilience.
- Foster a culture aligned with BMO's purpose, values, and strategy while promoting diversity and inclusion.
- Set inspirational goals and ensure accountability for follow-through.
- Build interdependent teams that collaborate across functional groups.
- Attract, retain, and support the career development of top talent.
- Manage team performance through coaching and recognition.
**Qualifications:**
- 15+ years of relevant experience, including 5 years in managing a support team.
- Experience overseeing both onshore and offshore teams.
- Knowledge of application and user provisioning processes.
- Familiarity with Service Now, IVR, Power BI, and MS Office components.
- Strong skills in test-driven development, DevOps, data collection, and cloud computing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and make data-driven decisions.
**Salary:** $92,400.00 - $171,600.00 (Salaried)
