**Position Title:** Senior Manager, Supply Chain Planning Process

At McCain Foods, we understand the importance food plays in people's lives. As we embark on a strategic digital transformation journey, the Senior Manager, Supply Chain Planning Process will be pivotal in modernizing our supply chain planning capabilities across McCain Foods. This role reports to the Director of Global Supply Chain Planning Transformation and represents McCain’s Supply Chain throughout the implementation of best-in-class technology for supply chain planning and S&OP.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead technology solution design for demand and supply planning.
- Integrate demand planning, supply planning, S&OP, and production scheduling into a cohesive technology solution.
- Ensure alignment between new ERP and planning technology with globally consistent S&OP processes.
- Act as a change agent to integrate new technology into global and regional processes.
- Provide guidance to functional analysts, regional SMEs, and project team members.
- Collaborate with business and technology teams along with external consultants.
- Escalate critical decisions to the Steering Committee.

**Required Experience and Knowledge:**
- 5-7 years of supply chain experience across multiple functional areas.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions.
- Experience in a fast-paced global environment.
- Strong project management skills and continuous improvement mindset.
- Experience with ERP and/or planning technology deployment.

**Personal Qualifications:**
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage executive management and operational teams.
- Results-driven with a focus on process improvement and excellence.
- In-depth industry knowledge of food production and technology implementation.
- Proficient in conflict resolution and negotiation.
- Passionate about innovation and continuous improvement.
- Strong leadership capabilities in coaching and mentoring teams.

This role can be based in any of our NA Corporate Offices: Chicago, Toronto, or Florenceville, New Brunswick.
