**Job Title: Senior Manager, Total Compensation**
**Organization: March of Dimes Canada**
**Location: Hybrid (Office located at 202-885 Don Mills Road)**
**Contract: Full-time, 12-month contract**

**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Total Compensation to support our organization’s goals through the development and management of compensation and benefits initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Compensation Management:**
- Develop and maintain competitive salary structures and salary surveys.
- Implement consistent job evaluation and salary banding approaches.
- Provide strategic guidance on complex compensation matters.

- **Job Family Methodology & Job Evaluation:**
- Support the implementation of the Job Family framework.
- Conduct job analysis and evaluations to ensure fairness in job grading.
- Train and support managers on Job Family methodology.

- **Data Analysis & Reporting:**
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to evaluate compensation program effectiveness.
- Create reports for senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations on compensation trends.

- **Employee Communication & Training:**
- Collaborate with the Internal Communication team to educate employees on compensation and benefits.
- Conduct training on compensation practices and career progression.

**Qualifications:**
- **Education:** University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- **Certifications:** Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) preferred.
- **Experience:** 7-10 years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits, including at least 3 years in a management role.
- **Skills:**
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in HR systems, compensation software, and advanced Excel.
