**Job Posting: Senior Manager of Web Development**

**About This Opportunity:**
Docebo is seeking an experienced Senior Manager of Web Development to join our dynamic Revenue Marketing team. In this role, you will take ownership of our web strategy and work collaboratively across multiple teams—Brand, Product Marketing, and Creative—to drive exceptional web experiences that attract, inspire, engage, and convert customers. You will develop data-driven strategies, manage web projects, and optimize our site performance to support customer acquisition, retention, and overall growth.

**Responsibilities:**
- **Web Strategy Development:** Own the overarching web strategy, collaborating with key stakeholders on site updates, landing page experiences, testing, and optimization to improve conversion rates and drive growth.

- **Site Management & Technical Oversight:** Oversee the implementation and management of web infrastructure, including CMS updates, site performance optimization, hosting, third-party integrations, and compliance with web accessibility standards.

- **Cross-functional Collaboration:** Collaborate with Marketing, Web Engineering, Product, Creative, and Analytics teams to ensure site experiences align with campaigns and customer needs.

- **Optimization & Testing:** Partner with the A/B testing team to facilitate tests for user experience and conversion rates, implementing personalization strategies based on audience needs.

- **SEO & Content Management:** Work with the SEO team to enhance site visibility, ensuring that content and architecture are optimized for organic traffic.

- **Performance Analytics:** Establish KPIs, track website performance, and generate actionable insights.

- **Governance & Best Practices:** Maintain web governance frameworks, ensuring functionality, security, and performance meet business goals.

**Requirements:**
- 5-7 years of experience leading integrated web strategy and managing large-scale websites, preferably in tech or a B2B SaaS environment.
- 3+ years in a team lead role with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of web technologies, including CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Sitecore), HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of UX design principles and technical SEO best practices.
- Exceptional project management skills and experience with website migration projects.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting strategies to leadership and stakeholders.
