**Job Title: Senior Onboarding Manager**

**Location:** Brampton, ON

**Overview:**
Our client based in Brampton is looking for a Senior Onboarding Manager to lead the onboarding team, overseeing the seamless integration of new clients into their logistics and fulfillment infrastructure. This leadership role requires expertise in logistics, fulfillment, and eCommerce operations, coupled with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. You will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and setting clients up for long-term success.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Lead Client Onboarding:** Oversee the end-to-end onboarding of new clients, ensuring a smooth transition into the services and fulfillment systems.
- **Team Leadership:** Manage and mentor the onboarding team.
- **Project Management:** Lead and prioritize multiple onboarding and cross-functional projects.
- **Operational Expertise:** Utilize your logistics and fulfillment experience to streamline onboarding workflows, addressing client-specific needs and operational complexities.
- **Strategic Execution:** Develop and implement scalable processes that align with the organization’s vision for exceptional client success.
- **Client Communication:** Serve as the primary escalation point for onboarding clients, resolving challenges and ensuring satisfaction.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Partner with Operations, Sales, and Account Management teams to enhance workflows and improve the client experience.
- **KPI Ownership:** Monitor and manage onboarding KPIs, including time-to-live, client retention during the first 90 days, and overall satisfaction scores.
- **Continuous Improvement:** Identify areas for operational improvement, introduce innovative solutions, and drive efficiencies across onboarding and related processes.

**What We're Looking For:**
- **Experience:** 4+ years in logistics, fulfillment, or eCommerce, with at least 3 years in a senior onboarding or implementation/project role.
- **Leadership:** Proven experience managing teams, mentoring talent, and driving results.
- **Project Management:** Skilled at managing multiple priorities and complex projects. PMP or other certifications are a plus.
- **Industry Expertise:** Strong understanding of logistics, fulfillment, and eCommerce operations, with knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and marketplace platforms like Amazon and Shopify.
- **Problem Solving:** A hands-on leader with the ability to identify challenges and implement effective, data-driven solutions.
- **Communication:** Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- **Adaptability:** Thrive in a dynamic environment, balancing short-term priorities with long-term strategic goals.

**Additional Information:**
This role is hybrid, requiring in-office presence 3 days per week at a Brampton location.
