**Role Overview:**
We are seeking a Subject Matter Expert to provide deep technical expertise and operational support. You will act as a key resource, leading small-scale projects and ensuring effective communication across teams. Your responsibilities will include analyzing processes, identifying operational issues, and contributing to new product development.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide technical subject matter expertise and operational process support.
- Identify, document, and investigate process exceptions.
- Lead work streams and serve as a project lead.
- Communicate project status and escalate issues to senior management.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of operational efficiencies.
- Maintain relationships with customers, partners, and vendors.
- Analyze key process drivers and recommend solutions.
- Monitor service and productivity, implementing continuous improvements.
- Provide training and guidance to others.

**Qualifications:**
- Undergraduate degree or college diploma preferred.
- 7+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
