**Job Title:** Senior Performance Media Manager

**Job Description:**
The Senior Performance Media Manager will play a pivotal role in the planning, execution, and optimization of media campaigns with a strong emphasis on Performance Media and digital channels. Reporting to the Media Director, this position is responsible for driving successful outcomes for clients by utilizing data-driven insights and innovative digital strategies across search, social, programmatic, video, and more. While traditional media experience is a plus, digital fluency and a focus on performance media are key for this role.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Build and cultivate internal and external relationships through regular and clear communication.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing media team.
- Oversee the execution of media plans, including channel optimizations.
- Seek innovative ways to implement media to deliver the unexpected.
- Stay abreast of new media innovations and bring ideas on how best to put them into practice.
- Improve strategies for paid media clients that result in clients exceeding their goals.
- Participate actively in pitching new business and presenting to clients with an expectation to grow their accounts.
- Understand changes in the marketplace and industry, adjusting client Paid Media strategies accordingly.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with clients, suppliers, and agency partners.
- Possess a strong working knowledge of agency and industry systems and tools.
- Conduct regular market analysis and competitive research to identify trends and opportunities for client campaigns.
- Implement comprehensive performance tracking and data analysis systems to continuously evaluate and enhance the ROI of media campaigns.
- Foster a culture of innovation within the team, encouraging experimentation with new media platforms, technologies, and methodologies.
- Engage actively in industry events and conferences to represent the agency and stay informed about industry developments.
- Initiate and manage partnerships with emerging media platforms and technology vendors to gain early access to innovative advertising solutions.

**Key Qualifications:**
- 8+ years of experience working in media across all channels (search, social, programmatic, video, etc.).
- 6+ years of experience managing a team of performance marketers and planners, preferably at an agency.
- Experience managing and planning multi-channel media for large budgets.
- In-depth experience executing full-funnel campaigns of varying objectives (e.g., awareness, prospecting, retargeting, acquisition).
- Ability to understand the details of client goals and translate them into broader strategic campaigns for leadership and the broader team.
- Clear communicator with strategic insights and the ability to create buy-in across the organization.
- Digitally savvy: demonstrates passion for emerging media, Google Analytics, and ability to search and research topics.
- Strong communication skills, both written and in presentations.
