**Job Description**

As a Senior Producer, you will have a significant impact on the success of our games. Your objective is to manage and oversee the project team and deliver world-class games while achieving quality, schedule, and business targets.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Production Management:**
- Define, present, and follow up on the development strategy for the game.
- Manage project budgets and deliverables.
- Build inter-project networks and organize the work plan efficiently.
- Manage risks and approve contingency plans while communicating project status to executives.

- **Market:**
- Collaborate with the Brand/Product Director to define the game’s market positioning and ensure alignment on deliverables.

- **Content:**
- Foster an environment that encourages team members to share ideas.
- Ensure creative direction meets quality standards and aligns with technology choices.

- **Team Management:**
- Establish team structure, support project teams, and define talent needs.
- Actively participate in the career development of team members.

**Qualifications:**

- Minimum 10 years of project management experience in game development.
- Proven experience shipping at least one AAA game title in a Producer or Lead Producer role.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver complex projects under budget constraints.
- Inclusive leadership style with experience engaging diverse teams.
- Capacity to articulate a long-term vision and implement key milestones.
