**The Role**
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our team, working closely with the SVP of Geolocation to shape our Core GeoComply product strategy and roadmap. This role requires collaboration with Engineering, Product, and Revenue teams to drive the success of our compliance-grade gaming product, GeoComply Core. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and business acumen to bridge the gap between technical development and customer needs, with a solid understanding of the iGaming landscape.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Product Strategy and Roadmap:** Define and communicate the long-term product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals. Lead the development and updating of the product roadmap.
- **Feature Development & Specifications:** Drive ideation, evaluation, and prioritization of new features, balancing customer needs, business value, and technical feasibility.
- **Success Metrics:** Establish and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics to measure product performance and inform strategic decisions.
- **Fraud Detection and Prevention:** Collaborate with data scientists and security teams to analyze geolocation data, identify fraud trends, and implement preventative measures.
- **Customer Engagement/Advocacy:** Serve as a primary advocate for enterprise customers, ensuring their feedback and needs are integral to product development.
- **Stakeholder Communication:** Maintain effective communication with stakeholders at all levels and provide regular updates to ensure alignment.
- **Market and Customer Insights:** Conduct market and customer research to gather insights and validate product concepts.
- **Go-to-Market Planning:** Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including launch plans and marketing campaigns.
- **UI/UX Design and Evaluation:** Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure the product is user-friendly and meets design standards.
- **Security and Privacy:** Ensure compliance with relevant security and privacy regulations while integrating data protection measures.
- **Financial and Performance Management:** Define and track KPIs for product success, managing budgets and ensuring financial targets are met.
- **Operationalizing:** Develop processes to operationalize new product features and create comprehensive documentation.
- **Personas:** Develop and maintain detailed user personas to guide product development and marketing strategies.
**Who You Are**
- 5-8 years of experience in product management with a proven track record of successful product delivery.
- 3+ years of experience in the iGaming industry.
- Deep technical knowledge with a background in engineering.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive attitude and an eagerness to address issues.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
**Compensation**
Salary: $120,000 - $165,000 per year, based on factors such as location, knowledge, skills, and experience.
