**Position Overview:**
As a Senior Product Manager, you will work closely with providers to understand their needs, translating insights into a product vision and collaborating cross-functionally to launch new features that enhance the healthcare experience. You will own the product roadmap for a set of products within our Provider portfolio.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop a deep understanding of PocketHealth’s product offerings and grow into an expert within your product area.
- Lead and oversee the ideation, planning, development, and launch of new product features within core product teams.
- Collaborate with product marketing to define value propositions, compile research, and finalize pricing based on product objectives and value proposition.
- Communicate ideas, progress, and results to internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment regarding product decisions and direction.
- Define and analyze metrics that inform new features and represent the performance of features in the app.
- Conduct structured market research, including competitive analysis, user interviews, and stakeholder feedback.
- Make and own critical decisions about product prioritization.
- Support the growth and scaling of the PocketHealth platform in response to engineer and customer needs.

**Qualifications:**
- 5+ years of experience in a product management role focused on provider-based health tech.
- Proven track record in leading product development and successfully shipping SaaS features.
- Ability to navigate technical challenges specific to the healthcare field, with experience in HL7 integrations.
- Experience shipping health products across various imaging modalities and demographics.
- Strong decision-making skills in a technical context and experience managing technically complex products.
- Data-driven mindset using qualitative and quantitative data for decision making and measuring success.
- Willingness to support team needs flexibly, including testing, vendor evaluation, and documentation.
