**Job Title: Senior Product Manager for TV**

**Description:**

Join our team at the cross-section of Marketing, Strategy, and Finance, where the Product Strategy team provides insight and strategic direction for all Wireline products, including internet, TV, and SmartHome Security. We are a group of results-driven professionals dedicated to meeting our customers' needs, enabling the best business decisions through enthusiasm, collaboration, and data-based decision-making.

As the Senior Product Manager for TV, you will shape and drive our strategy while providing cross-functional leadership as the champion for the product.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Financial Performance Ownership:** Oversee financial performance for TV products including cash flow, P&L statement, and financial reporting.

- **Product Management Support:** Create and execute short and long-term product plans to simplify business complexities.

- **Program Ownership:** Own key TV programs, identify improvement opportunities, and maintain transparency on performance and progress.

- **Internal Partnership:** Build collaborative relationships to maintain an industry-leading approach and execution.

- **TV Portfolio Management:** Manage TV portfolio aspects to improve KPIs such as churn, customer experience, value for money, and profitability.

- **Monthly Updates:** Provide monthly product performance updates to senior leadership, offering insights on key drivers and progress toward targets.

- **Strategy Development:** Develop and implement product evolution and pricing strategies to maximize profit growth.

**Qualifications:**

- **Relevant Experience:** Significant experience in marketing, product management, or finance, overseeing a portfolio and working with cross-functional teams.

- **Sales Improvement Focused:** A balanced focus on customer experience and sales with a drive to seek improvement opportunities.

- **Exceptional Communicator:** Ability to simplify complex information, tell a compelling story, and support recommendations with data insights.

- **Innovative Thinking:** Bring forward ideas and make recommendations to enhance customers' experience and products.

- **Customer-Centric Approach:** Utilize customer feedback and insights to drive product actions.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- MBA or equivalent experience.
- Experience or certifications in Product Management, Marketing, Strategy, Finance, or Project Management.
- Knowledge of TELUS cross-functional operations and/or industry experience.

**Salary Range:** $96,000 - $144,000
**Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan:** 15%

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance, and experience. TELUS offers a comprehensive rewards package, including:
